Excellent, is how we would describe our experience with Carmen. We have taken out a few mortgages in our time. I can not remember one of the loan processors/brokers ever having a genuine conversation with us. Carmen is so personable and you could tell she really wanted what was best for us. Buying a home is not like it used to be. Carmen more than knows her business. She helped us find the best mortgage for our situation. We always felt heard and taken care of every step of the way. After losing out on a few homes, she was always there with encouragement. Then we found our perfect home, the one that was truly meant to be. Carmen made sure that she followed up immediately with the seller’s agent to explain our unique situation of owning two homes. This helped the seller understand that we were qualified buyers. Carmen along with our wonderful realtor Coleman Fierst sealed the deal, on what we have deemed,
